Vicki Jones started Dugmore Jones in 2017 after 25 years in design, marketing and advertising agencies both in Hamilton and in London.

From 2000, Vicki was account director at one of the Waikato’s leading agencies, Verdict Communications with a diverse portfolio of clients in local government, agriculture, industrial and education sectors in particular.
